7. Conducted seminars, dialogues and orientation on the Local Gov't., Urban Development and Housing Act, Community Mortgage Program, Depressed Area Electrification Program (DAEP) as well as Training programs for Livelihood/Cooperatives.
8. Conducted free Medical/ Dental and Immunization Outreach Program.
9. Organized and Registered Urban Poor Associations, Peoples Organizations, Homeowners and Neighborhood Associations and Cooperatives.
10. Conduct Sports Competitions, Seminars on Drug Addiction Peace and Order.
11. Conducted and sponsored free mass wedding to couples who have lived as husband and wives for at least five (5) years.
12. Authored and/or sponsored major ordinances and resolutions including grant of financial assistance to teachers, barangay officials, police, fire victims, infrastructure projects and expropration of homelots for urban poor residents.
13. Maintained perfect attendance (never been absent nor late) in the sessions of the City Council from 1992.
