- Conducted free Medical/ Dental and Immunization Outreach Program.
- Organized and Registered Urban Poor Associations, Peoples Organizations, Homeowners and Neighborhood Associations and Cooperatives.
- Conduct Sports Competitions, Seminars on Drug Addiction Peace and Order.
- Conducted and sponsored free mass wedding to couples who have lived as husband and wives for at least five (5) years.
- Authored and/or sponsored major ordinances and resolutions including grant of financial assistance to teachers, barangay officials, police, fire victims, infrastructure projects and expropration of homelots for urban poor residents.
- Maintained perfect attendance (never been absent nor late) in the sessions of the City Council from 1992.
